The Connected Vehicle Services device in your vehicle requires a 3G cellular network to receive the services. On December 1, 2022, the wireless carrier for your vehicle’s Connected Vehicle Services device has shut down that cellular network and connected services for your vehicle have discontinued. If your current Connected Vehicle Services annual subscription expires after November 30, 2022, we will issue a refund pro-rated for the remaining time on the subscription.
